These Terms govern your use of Stellar Dominion (the “Game”), operated by Fluffykins & Saurus Ltd (“we”, “us”), Company No. 17258159, registered in England & Wales.
1. Acceptance
By registering or using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If under 18 you must have parental permission. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account security. Do not share accounts, use another player’s account, or create accounts to gain unfair advantage. We may suspend or ban accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Stellar Coins & Virtual Currency
Stellar Coins are virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the Game. All purchases are final — see our Refund Policy.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details. Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes.
6. Fair Play
You must not use exploits, bots, or scripts. You must not harass other players. Violations may result in account termination without refund.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Game running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or shut down the Game at any time without liability.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game is owned by or licensed to Fluffykins & Saurus Ltd. You may not copy or distribute it without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Fluffykins & Saurus Ltd (Co. No. 17258159) collects and uses your personal data, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data We Collect
Username, email address (if provided), in-game activity and planet data, and payment transaction records (held by Stripe — we do not store card details).
2. How We Use Your Data
To operate your account; send game notifications and password reset emails (only if you provided your email); process payments; and improve the Game.
3. Legal Basis
Contract performance (to provide the Game); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention); and consent (email notifications, withdrawable via your notification settings).
4. Data Storage
Game data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore). Emails are sent via Brevo. Payments are processed by Stripe. All processors maintain appropriate safeguards.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. On deletion requests we remove personal data within 30 days, except payment records retained for 7 years as required by law.
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. Contact us at stellar.Dominion@game.saurus.icu.
7. Cookies & Storage
We use browser storage (localStorage / IndexedDB) for your session and preferences only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Third Parties
We do not sell your data. Our processors (Google Firebase, Stripe, Brevo) are bound by data processing agreements.
9. Complaints
You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Refund Policy

Virtual Currency — No Refunds
Stellar Coins are digital virtual currency made available immediately upon purchase. Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by completing a purchase you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as the digital content is delivered immediately.
Exceptions
We will refund or replace Stellar Coins where: coins were not delivered due to a technical fault on our side; you were charged more than once for the same transaction; or we are required to do so by law. Contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
How to Request a Refund
Email stellar.Dominion@game.saurus.icu with your username, date of purchase, amount charged, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. Please reach out — we are happy to resolve genuine issues.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated for breaching our Terms, any remaining Stellar Coins are forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
