This Privacy Policy explains how Fluffykins & Saurus Ltd (Company No. 17258159) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use Stellar Dominion (the "Game"), in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
When you register and play, we collect: your chosen username, your email address (if provided for notifications), your in-game activity and planet data, and payment transaction records (processed and held by Stripe — we do not store card details).
We use your data to: operate and maintain your game account; send you in-game notifications and password reset emails (only if you have provided your email address); process payments for Stellar Coins; and improve the Game.
We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (to provide the Game service); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, game integrity); and consent (email notifications, which you may withdraw at any time via your in-game notification settings).
Your game data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), operated by Google LLC. Google's servers may be located outside the UK; Google maintains appropriate safeguards under Standard Contractual Clauses. Email notifications are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which processes your email address on our behalf.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. payment records, which we retain for 7 years).
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at stellar.Dominion@game.saurus.icu.
The Game uses browser storage (localStorage / IndexedDB) to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our third-party processors (Google Firebase, Stripe, Brevo) are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
